Trenton

Stolen Auto: Ibnmaalik Bingham, 34, was arrested after police allegedly found him in the driver’s seat of a stolen vehicle near the intersection of Federal and Lamberton streets. Officials say detectives from the Street Crimes Unit were patrolling that area due to complaints of open-air drug dealing when they saw a 2004 Subaru leaving a bar in the area. The driver of that car, later identified as Bingham, saw cops and immediately pulled over and parked several feet from the curb, prompting police to further investigate. Police say the car was previously reported stolen out of Ewing, so Bingham was charged with receiving stolen property.

Aggressive Panhandling: Jeffery Williams, 43, was arrested for aggressive panhandling on Route 1 near Warren Street. Police say he was also wanted in connection with an outstanding warrant. “We’re definitely cracking down on aggressive panhandlers,” Lt. Darren
