Woman found dead inside car in Horseshoe Casino garage

Baltimore police said a woman was found dead inside a car at the Horseshoe Casino garage Sunday afternoon.

Detective Chakia Fennoy, a police department spokeswoman, said officers were called to the casino at 6:01 p.m. for a report of a suspicious death.

Upon arriving, Fennoy said officers found the body of an adult woman inside a car parked at the casino’s garage.

Fennoy said the department is investigating the incident as a “suspicious death” and did not provide any further details.

Man charged with murdering his little brother in Atlantic City casino hotel room

A Philadelphia man has been charged with murdering his younger brother at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino, authorities said.

Around 3 p.m. Tuesday, hotel security was called for a medical emergency in a room at the hotel where they found 32-year-old Joseph Villante, also of Philadelphia. He was taken to AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.

An autopsy has revealed that Joseph Villante died after sustaining several injuries, including blunt force to his head, authorities said.

His brother, 38-year-old John A. Villante, was arrested Thursday in Philadelphia, and is being held in the city prison system pending extradition to New Jersey.

NJ Advance Media reported Thursday authorities had been called to the hotel to investigate a suspicious death.

A possible motive for the slaying has not yet been released.

Witness wanted for information in suspicious death of man at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre

MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. (KMOV.com) — Authorities are investigating the suspicious death of a man after a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre.

An 44-year-old man was found unconscious at about 11:10 p.m. on May 15 after the Dave Matthews Band concert had ended.

Police say the man had two injuries, one to his face and another to his head.

An investigation has determined that a white male in his late 20’s may have witnessed the man fall to the pavement. He summoned a security guard and said that he saw the injured man and that his injuries were serious.

The witness told the security guard that he was in the medical field and that is why he felt his injuries were very serious.

Police would like to speak with this witness or anyone who may have more information on this incident. They are asked to call the Maryland Heights Police Department at 314-298-8700.

Witnesses sought in suspicious death of man at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre

MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. (KMOV.com) — Authorities are investigating the suspicious death of a man after a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre.

An 44-year-old man was found unconscious at about 11:10 p.m. on May 15 after the Dave Matthews Band concert had ended.

Police say the man had two injuries, one to his face and another to his head.

He was at the concert with his wife. Police say she wasn’t near him when another concert goer spotted him lying on the concrete walkway between the grassy area and seats.

The man was treated at the scene and was taken to an area hospital.

He died several hours later. According to the victim’s wife, a neurologist examined her husband and said he died from blunt force trauma to the head that involved more than what would be expected from a fall.

The Maryland Heights Police is currently investigating and is considering it a suspicious death.

OSBI investigating death of man last seen at Osage Casino

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is investigating a ‘suspicious death’ after a Cleveland man was found by an Oklahoma Department of Transportation crew in eastern Pawnee County December 14.

Thomas Tisher, 50, went to the Osage Casino in Sand Springs with a neighbor early December 8, according to a report from OSBI.

The neighbor reportedly couldn’t find Tisher later and eventually went home without him.

Tisher’s family reportedly filed a missing person report with the Cleveland Police Department December 10. The case is being investigated as a suspicious death.
