Halton Regional Police have released surveillance footage of a vehicle of interest in the suspicious death of a senior from Oakville.
Officers responded shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Saturday to the area of Allan and Church Street, just north of Lake Shore Road East.
Investigators said Edmund Ferrari, 91, was found lying on the sidewalk outside of a retirement home with obvious signs of trauma to his chest.

Officers are looking to speak to a man who was seen leaving the area at the time of the incident.
He’s described as 30 to 40 years old with shoulder-length hair, average build and was seen wearing a black top and black pants, possibly with a reflective stripe.

Police in Enfield are investigating the death of a woman found in her home on Wednesday morning and say a person of interest in the case was involved in a car crash in the victim’s vehicle.
According to authorities, a 79-year-old woman was found dead inside of her home on 2nd Avenue after officers went to do a well-being check on Tuesday night. Investigators said it appears she was bludgeoned to death inside her home.
Though police have not confirmed her identity, the medical examiner’s office says the home’s owner, 79-year-old Frances Battagler, was brought in for an autopsy this afternoon.
Police said the well-being check was prompted by a letter someone received in the mail.

ENFIELD, Conn. (WWLP/WTNH) — A ‘person of interest’ in the stabbing death of a 79-year-old Enfield woman is in the hospital after crashing her car in Wethersfield.
35-year-old Anthony Ward is related to the deceased victim. He crashed the victim’s black Toyota Corolla and ended up in the hospital being treated for injuries from the crash. Enfield detectives are waiting to interview him about the stabbing.

ENFIELD — Police have found a man they wanted to question in the death of an elderly woman in Enfield.
Enfield Police Department were looking for the woman’s grandson, Anthony Ward.
Police said Ward was involved in a one car crash in Wethersfield Wednesday evening, where he was then transported to the hospital for medical care.
Police said detectives will interview him when possible.
Wednesday afternoon, Enfield Police Department were looking for Ward as a person of interest. Police said his 79-year-old grandmother was found bludgeoned to death in her home at 47 Second Avenue.
Her body was discovered during a well-being check prompted by a letter brought to police.

Methuen, Massachusetts, police have arrested a man identified as a person of interest in the homicide investigation of a man killed in Concord on Friday night.
Marshall John Villeneuve, 64, was found dead at the Crutchfield Building apartments at 15 Pitman St. in Concord, the attorney general’s office announced Saturday.
Officials were looking Saturday night for 29-year-old Joseph King Hanright, who was named a person of interest in the case.
Hanright was arrested on Jackson Street in Methuen early Sunday morning. Police say he was taken into custody without incident. According to officers, Hanright was in a car that was pulled over in Methuen on Saturday afternoon. When officers approached the car, they said, Hanright ran from the area.

CONCORD, N.H. (CBS) — A man is considered possibly armed and dangerous after he was able to run off while police tried to arrest him at the scene of a stolen car on Swan Street in Methuen Saturday.
According to police, this man is the same man – Joseph King Hanright, 29 – is a “possible person of interest” in connection with the homicide of Marshall John Villeneuve (age 64), of Concord, New Hampshire, who was found stabbed to death in his home Friday.
“Mass. State Police, Methuen, I believe Lawrence PD was there blocking off all the roads. Choppers in the air – I mean, everything was being canvassed and pretty much anyone we spoke to in the area was notified, so everybody was on the lookout,” said Rob Parnell of Methuen.

Moore police are searching for a man they want to talk to about the suspicious death of his father.
Police are looking for Jacob Barber, 21, as a person of interest in the death of his father, Glenn Barber. Investigators are treating Glenn Barber’s death as a homicide.
“We are heartbroken to learn of Glenn’s death,” Brian Hobbs said in a release. “Glenn will be greatly missed by his Oklahoma Baptist friends across the state.”
Police said a friend of Glenn Barber found him dead around noon Sunday inside a home near Morgan Drive and Main Street after he went to check on him when he didn’t show up for church. The cause of Glenn Barber’s death has not been released.

OCOEE, Fla. – A person of interest in connection with a suspicious death in Ocoee has been arrested.
Jose Luis Chavez, 23, was arrested Sunday on a second-degree murder charge in the death of Rogelio Andrade Hernandez, 40, of Ocoee.
Ocoee police said Chavez was found at the Greyhound bus station on John Young Parkway in Orlando.
According to police, officers were called to a home at 473 Wurst Road around 9:52 a.m. Sunday and found a man dead. Police said the victim was a friend of Chavez’s roommate.
