Police Release Man’s Name; Investigate ‘Suspicious Death’ in Fort …

Fort Smith Police are investigating a “suspicious death.”

Cpl. Anthony Rice told 40/29 News the man found was 48-year-old Josh Underwood.

Rice said Underwood’s body was found on Zero Street, but his car was located on Garrison Avenue. Officers are calling his death suspicious.

Police said there are injuries to Underwood’s face, but the injuries don’t appear to have caused his death.

Rice said Fort Smith Police are following available leads but there are no apparent witnesses.

The body will be sent to the crime lab to determine the cause of death.

Police ask if you to contact dispatch if have any information related to the case.

Fort Smith Police Identify Man Found Deceased At Shopping Center …

FORT SMITH (KFSM) — An investigation is underway after a body was found outside a local business on New Year’s Eve.

Fort Smith police have identified the man as Josh Underwood, 48, from Fort Smith.

Police were called to 2700 Zero Street, which is the location of a neighborhood shopping center.

The Underwood was found outside of the Supercuts hair salon,  according to a witness who was at the scene.

Around 10:30 am this morning Fort Smith police said employees of a business arrived at work and found the man.

Worcester police arrest man in connection to suspicious death




Worcester police have arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with the death of a woman Saturday night, police said.

Police found the 56-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, in her Bailey Street home after receiving a tip that she may have been harmed, according to a police statement on Facebook.

“The caller further stated that the female may have been harmed by a family member and that the person was no longer at the home, but was at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 211 Chandler Street.,” police said in the post.

The victim was found dead, apparently from blunt trauma, around 11:30 p.m. after police entered the house for a welfare check, police said.

Stowmarket – suspicious death | Suffolk Constabulary

A man has been arrested following the death of a woman in Stowmarket last night, Saturday 30 December.  

Police were called to an address in The Brickfields at 10.20pm.

On arrival at the property a woman, believed to be aged in her 60s, was discovered unresponsive. Paramedics attended the address but the woman was declared deceased at the scene.

The death is being treated as suspicious and a man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

A police cordon is in place at the property whilst officers carry out an investigation.

Anyone who has any information in relation to this incident is asked to contact Suffolk Police on 101, quoting incident number 401 of Saturday 30 December.

Shock at suspicious death of man in County Limerick

LOCALS in the quiet County Limerick village of Pallaskenry have expressed their shock at the suspicious death of a local man this Saturday.

A 35-year-old man was found dead in a house in the village with suspected stab wounds.

A 29-year-old man was arrested in relation to the death this Saturday evening. 

He is being detained at Newcastle West Garda station under the provisions of section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.

Gardai were called to the scene shortly before 5pm and discovered the body of a male in a house. The area was immediately sealed off for a technical examination.

“The circumstances are very tragic, and my thoughts and wishes are with his family and his extended family,” commented Independent councillor Emmett O’Brien who is from the Pallaskenry area.

“Anyone with information or who can assist the guards in anyway, I would appeal for you to please come forward.”

Suspicious death under investigation in Greenville Co. | WSPA.com

Greer (WSPA) — The Greenville County Coroner’s Office and Greer Police are investigating a suspicious death.

The coroner says 20-year-old Armani Wilson was dropped off at the emergency room at Greer Memorial Hospital. He was left there around 5:30 Friday afternoon. Officials say Wilson was dropped off by an unidentified man and woman in a dark, late model car.

Anyone with information is being asked to call Greer Police, the Greenville County Coroner’s Office, or Crimestoppers at 23-CRIME.
